Busy busy busy!

Decided to hold off on this morning's post for a while. I want to kitchen test the recipe for my orange creamsicle cupcakes one more time. Just to make sure the batter works well for layer cakes as well as cupcakes.

This has nothing to do with me wanting to eat it a second time.

Not at all... nope...

  6. Autumn2May,

I rarely do half batches. Just because I prefer to kitchen test my recipes as posted.

I might not complete the entire process though. For example I don't always fill all of my macarons. I might do 25 and then stop there. Just because I'll never photograph more than 2-5 at at time.

  8. That is one cute cupcake! I've been on a citrus creamsicly kick too: clementine burst cupcakes and then a clementine cake with cream.

Now the clementines are gone . . . sad!

  9. First, let me say that you have one of the most asthetically pleasing blogs out there: everything from your layout, header, color selections, and (most beautiful of all) your pictures! I bet you could make a rat look beautiful.

That is why I want to pass on the Sunshine Award to you! To read about it, you can go to my latest post under my "Blogs Me Likey" label.
